Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and specialized departments
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient vitals and recovery progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Educate patients and families on health management procedures and post-discharge care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees
Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license in good standing
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in hospital setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC/PALS preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to adapt in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience strongly preferred)
