Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and hospital protocols
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately using electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and patient safety as the top priority
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with medical advancements
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Illinois
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in a hospital setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
