Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in our advanced medical-surgical units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans

Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (compact license holders encouraged)
- BSN degree with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required), PALS preferred
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic expertise a plus)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in English/Spanish bilingual preferred
