Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care in specialized cardiac monitoring units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient assessments and progress in Epic EHR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Mentor new nurses and implement best practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- NYS RN license (required)
- BSN degree (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications
- Epic EHR proficiency
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based nursing practices
