Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and document clinical observations accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems (Epic experience a plus)
