Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vitals and update medical records accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies and critical situations within the unit.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Georgia.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed in a fast-paced environment.
