Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Document patient records accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Educate patients and families on health management and prevention
- Respond to emergencies with calm professionalism and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN preferred (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong clinical skills in med-surg or ICU settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends
