Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with state regulations and hospital policies.
- Monitor vital signs and accurately document patient progress and changes in condition.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide clear patient and family education regarding health conditions and discharge planning.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred (New graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
