Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality telehealth patient assessments and triage
- Deliver remote clinical support via video/phone consultations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Educate patients on health management protocols
- Handle urgent care escalations per protocol
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active NC RN license required
- 2+ years clinical nursing experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications (or obtain within 30 days)
- Strong telehealth technology proficiency
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
- Flexibility with rotating shift schedules
