Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care using evidence-based practices
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient status, and treatment responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management strategies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio
- BSN or ADN with 1+ years of acute care experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (rotating schedule)
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
