Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct and indirect patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions while monitoring patient responses
- Document clinical observations and care activities accurately in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatment options
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency response protocols
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- BSN degree required; ADN candidates with relevant experience considered
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS/NRP for specific units)
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment
