Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care in assigned clinical unit
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams for optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health management plans
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- BSN degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
