Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Maintain electronic health records with thorough and timely documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and infection control measures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Florida (FL RN)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
- Commitment to weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
