Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in emergency and inpatient settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations per protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Educate patients/families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety standards
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio (or compact state)
- BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience (ER/ICU preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Weekend/holiday availability mandatory
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC/Cerner)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ohio Board of Nursing in good standing
