Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessment, treatment, and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations with precision
- Document patient records accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Mentor junior staff and uphold evidence-based practice standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts with rotating holidays)
