Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards of nursing practice
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor treatment responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document clinical observations and interventions accurately in the electronic health record system
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with relevant experience considered)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
