Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessment, treatment, and care coordination across diverse patient populations
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized interventions with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Utilize advanced EMR systems for accurate documentation and care tracking
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO standards and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years acute care experience with weekend shift exposure
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
