Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations meticulously
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care management
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with critical thinking and composure
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Current California RN license (required)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must maintain)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
