Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in fast-paced weekend environments
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care coordination
- Document patient progress using advanced electronic health records
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA regulations
- Provide emergency response during weekend coverage
- mentor new nursing staff during weekend rotations
Qualifications
- Active California RN license required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with 2+ years experience)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Weekend shift availability essential
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
