Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Implement emergency protocols with rapid response expertise
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and Florida Board of Nursing standards
- Utilize Epic EMR systems for real-time clinical documentation
- Mentor new staff through weekend orientation programs
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (current and in good standing)
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Strong weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- Expertise in telemetry, oncology, or ICU units preferred
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
