Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in compliance with hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to any clinical changes or emergencies.
- Document patient care activities, vital signs, and responses to treatment in the EMR.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-functioning weekend team.
