Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality telehealth nursing services and virtual patient consultations
- Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams remotely
- Monitor patient progress through electronic health records and digital monitoring tools
- Provide patient education and support via secure video platforms and messaging systems
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries and triage critical situations during weekend shifts
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives for remote care delivery
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio
- BSN degree with 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth or remote nursing experience preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- CPR certification and valid BLS certification
