Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts with hybrid remote/on-site flexibility
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams via telehealth platforms while maintaining in-person patient oversight
- Accurately document patient records using EMR systems with remote access capabilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations
- Mentor junior staff and participate in weekend shift-specific training
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana (or compact state)
- BSN degree with 2+ years clinical experience
- Weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun)
- EMR proficiency (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Strong telehealth communication skills
- Experience with remote charting and virtual consultations
- Ability to work independently in hybrid environment
