Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute/clinical settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA regulations
- Mentor junior nursing staff and participate in process improvement
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (or compact license)
- BSN preferred, ASN accepted with 2+ years experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Experience in telemetry/ICU preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 12-hour shifts)
- Pass background/drug screening
