Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Implement evidence-based nursing practices and maintain accurate documentation
- Respond to emergencies with rapid assessment and intervention skills

Qualifications
- Active Kansas RN license (required) with BLS certification
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Minimum 1-2 years acute care experience (preferred)

- Electronic health record proficiency (Epic/EMR systems)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
