Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in fast-paced weekend clinical settings
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient transitions
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Mentor junior staff and uphold infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and weekend-only committees
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN preferred with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 7a-7p)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for prolonged periods
