Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop/implement nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Document patient care services in medical records accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN license in the state of Ohio.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
- ACLS certification preferred for certain units.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
