Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision
- Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and social workers
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead patient education initiatives focusing on chronic disease management
- Mentor junior staff and participate in continuous quality improvement projects
- Respond effectively to emergency situations using ACLS/PALS protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- BSN degree or higher (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications maintained
- Minimum 1 year acute care or specialty experience
- Proficiency in Epic electronic health records
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
