Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse units (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- Administer medications and treatment protocols with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for cohesive care plans
- Document clinical outcomes using Epic EMR system
- Mentor new nurses and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Respond to emergencies with critical thinking and composure
- Participate in hospital committees and continuing education
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Electronic medical records proficiency
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
