Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based patient care across diverse units including ICU, ER, and Oncology
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and documentation accuracy
- Maintain HIPAA compliance while managing electronic health records (EPIC)
- Mentor new nurses and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Respond to emergency situations with calm, decisive clinical judgment
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
- Commitment to continuous education and professional development
