Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor health status changes.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Document patient care plans, procedures, and reactions accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and disease management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license issued by the Nevada State Board of Nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and handle a fast-paced workflow.
