Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and physician orders
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care outcomes
- Educate patients/families on health management and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and facility-specific safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years acute care or specialty experience
- BLS certification; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
