Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care and conduct thorough health assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments while strictly monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to formulate optimal care plans.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation of patient records.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical patient needs.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN License in the State of Arizona.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (Med-Surg/Telemetry).
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and flexible scheduling needs.
