Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccines accurately and safely
- Monitor patient vital signs, assess conditions, and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge procedures
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (or compact license with Ohio residency)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1-2 years of acute care hospital experience
- Valid BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
