Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care schedules and assignments for field-based CNAs
- Provide remote support and guidance to CNAs during patient interactions
- Monitor and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Document patient interactions and care plans in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Address and resolve patient concerns or escalated issues promptly
- Conduct virtual training sessions for CNAs on best practices
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in the state of Texas
- Minimum 2 years of CNA experience with remote coordination preferred
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance protocols
- Valid CPR certification
