- Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication standards
Qualifications
- No prior CNA experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (email, telehealth platforms)
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability (evenings/weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screen
- New Mexico CNA certification (we provide training)
