Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Monitor client health status and document observations in our secure remote portal
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities using personal vehicle
- Coordinate care plans with family members and healthcare providers via remote communication
- Assist with light housekeeping and mobility support
- Complete required documentation remotely between client visits
- Respond to emergencies following established protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Proficient with remote documentation tools (tablet/computer)
- Excellent communication skills for virtual family updates
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
- Criminal background check clearance
