Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care assistance including meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support
- Conduct virtual wellness checks and telehealth coordination for remote client monitoring
- Maintain detailed electronic health records and care documentation using our secure digital platform
- Collaborate with families and healthcare providers via video conferences to update care plans
- Assist with light housekeeping and errands to ensure safe, comfortable home environments
- Transport clients to appointments using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
- Proficient with telehealth technology and digital documentation systems
- Excellent communication skills for both virtual and in-person interactions
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor with patience for elderly clients
- Flexibility to work hybrid schedule (3 remote days/week, 4 in-person)
