Responsibilities
- Provide in-home companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping for seniors in Reno area
- Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and medication reminders
- Coordinate care plans via telehealth platforms and remote scheduling tools
- Transport clients to appointments and errands using company-provided vehicle
- Monitor client wellbeing through virtual check-ins and in-person assessments
- Document care activities using HIPAA-compliant digital systems
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers remotely
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable internet access for remote coordination tasks
- Compassionate demeanor with patience for elderly care needs
- Ability to work independently while following care protocols
- Basic proficiency with telehealth and scheduling software
- Successful background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
