Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care including meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene assistance
- Coordinate care plans via remote communication tools (telehealth, apps, phone calls)
- Monitor client well-being through virtual check-ins and in-person visits
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities using personal vehicle
- Maintain detailed care logs and update digital health records
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers through virtual meetings
- Assist with light housekeeping and errands as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
