Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including companionship, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Monitor client health status and document care activities via our secure remote portal
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members through virtual communication
- Assist with daily living activities while maintaining client dignity and independence
- Complete care plans and progress reports using our mobile-friendly digital platform
- Respond to client needs with empathy and professionalism during in-home visits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with telehealth apps and remote documentation tools
- Strong communication skills for virtual client/family interactions
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work hybrid schedule (remote + in-home visits)
