Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized virtual companionship and emotional support via video calls and messaging
- Coordinate medication reminders and health monitoring through our digital platform
- Assist with telehealth appointments and digital health record management
- Provide crisis intervention support and emergency response coordination
- Develop and maintain detailed care plans using our proprietary care management software
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers via secure communication channels
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Proficient with digital communication tools and basic tech troubleshooting
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation for in-person visits (if required)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent verbal communication and empathy skills
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
