Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
- Monitor health status and report changes to care team
- Coordinate care plans via remote communication tools
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Maintain accurate care documentation remotely

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Pennsylvania state caregiver certification or willingness to obtain
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete)
- Reliable transportation for in-home visits
