Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication assistance
- Coordinate care plans remotely via our secure digital platform for seamless client/family communication
- Monitor client health status and document observations using our mobile app
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands (mileage reimbursed)
- Assist with light housekeeping and mobility support
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals via telehealth conferences
- Implement personalized care plans with remote oversight from our clinical team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable smartphone and stable internet for remote coordination
- Compassionate demeanor with patience and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Basic knowledge of senior care protocols and emergency response
- Strong organizational skills for remote documentation management
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
