Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care plans for elderly clients via virtual health monitoring and medication management
- Conduct in-home assistance with daily activities including meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings using personal vehicle
- Maintain detailed digital health records and collaborate with medical professionals remotely
- Offer companionship through virtual activities and in-person social engagement
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Participate in regular virtual team meetings and continuing education
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
