Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care including meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility assistance
- Monitor client health status and document observations through our secure digital platform
- Coordinate care plans with family members and healthcare providers via telehealth tools
- Transport clients to medical appointments and community activities
- Implement personalized care routines that promote independence and dignity
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and progress notes
- Respond promptly to client emergencies and schedule changes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with digital platforms for documentation and communication
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
