Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures with precision and efficiency
- Manage patient records and scheduling via our digital EHR system
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following OSHA protocols
- Take digital dental radiographs and assist with imaging procedures
- Conduct patient education on oral hygiene and treatment plans
- Coordinate with remote team members for seamless patient flow
- Manage inventory and order dental supplies
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of chairside dental assisting experience
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/Dentrix EHR systems
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong communication skills for remote patient coordination
- Ability to work independently in hybrid environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Experience with digital radiography (DEXIS/CS 3000 preferred)
