Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Assist with mobility support, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations via our remote portal
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company vehicles
- Collaborate with healthcare teams through virtual care conferences
- Implement personalized care plans with remote oversight from supervisors
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficient in telehealth platforms and digital documentation
- Ability to work independently with remote supervisor support
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear background check and TB test results
