Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs per care plans
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care documentation and communicate with care teams
- Support clients with cognitive impairments through companionship activities
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and agency protocols
Qualifications
- Active Virginia HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home health experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check

- Reliable transportation and physical stamina
- Flexibility with scheduling including evenings/weekends
