Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with telehealth documentation
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals while accommodating dietary restrictions
- Coordinate care plans remotely via our HIPAA-compliant digital platform
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and progress notes
- Collaborate with nurses and families through virtual care conferences
Qualifications
- Active California HHA certification and CPR/First Aid credentials
- Minimum 1 year professional home care experience
- Proficient with telehealth apps and electronic documentation
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical care tasks
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse client population

- Reliable transportation and availability for weekend shifts
